The committee's mission is to ensure that all competitive teams formed to represent Venetian Isles in league play are fairly rostered and balanced.

The committee maintains the club's VAPTR and ensures a reasonable amount of members are trained in its use, ensures the courtside medical supplies are current and in supply, holds the club's inventory of pickleballs and keeps them in stock at the courts
